Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping to the US and Canada typically takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier backlogs — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs and Duties
Orders shipped to the US and Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Lie South is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lie South is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, contact us at support@liesouth.ca and we'll do our best to assist.
