Refund policy

We want you to love your Lie South order. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@liesouth.ca with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@liesouth.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  • Opened skincare products (unless defective)
  • Items marked as final sale
